What is Personal Fitness Programming?

What is the difference between personal fitness programming and personal training?

· Personal Training is personal and continual motivational training by a qualified trainer. It is perfect for people looking for extra motivation and support or who are new to exercise. You workout with your personal trainer each time you workout.

· Personal Fitness Programming is having a qualified programming expert design an 8-12 week personal program based on the information that is provided by you. All programs are designed based on client’s goals, schedule, previous history and interests. After the 8-12 weeks of training your body will adapt to the program, therefore you can come see your trainer for a new program to set new goals and help you continue to see results.

 

About the Exercise Design:

· Your program is designed for an 8 -12 week period, 2-5 times per week depending on goals and orientation session. It will incorporate goal setting, cardio training, resistance training and nutrition. Once your program is complete after the 8 weeks you programmer will re-evaluate your program and look to making more changes and setting new goals. This will ensure what is and is not working will be changed or modified. We encourage active living as a lifestyle and incorporate it into the programs.
