About the Program: Coaching can be one session or more depending on what your goals are and what you are hoping to accomplish. We begin with a one hour consultation to identify your goals, put you on a healthy eating plan and exercise plan and discover what your positive intentions are behind your bad habits that may be sabotaging your successes.
Cost: $65 for a 75 minute session and includes a nutrition plan, exercise plan and strategies for habit breaking
