Indoor cycling , as an organized activity, is a form of high-intensity exercise that involves using a stationary exercise bicycle in a group fitness setting.
All Levels of Fitness Can Participate - Each person in the class can choose their own goals for the session. Some participants choose to maintain a moderate, aerobic intensity level, while others drive their heart rates higher in intervals of anaerobic activity. This is a major advantage of indoor cycling: each participant can control his/her level of intensity.

"I am excited to show participants a new dynamic to Indoor Cycling. One that will increase their fitness level and prepare them for fitness events or help achieve their fitness goals. Spinning has been a love of mine since I began taking the classes in 1995. Spinning helped me run my marathon and the hundreds of 10km running events I have participatedin by adding endurance training to my program instead of pounding the pavement daily. I also feel it has saved me from injuries. I recommend spinning to those new to fitness and those who are experienced riders because anyone can benefit from this great sport." - Rachel Seay |
