Inner Fit Studios specializes in helping clients start their fitness journey. Our Personal Training for Weight Loss Program is designed to help clients who have never worked out before, have between 40lbs to 200lbs to lose, or have injuries that limit their fitness choices for weight loss.
We know that fitness can be intimidating and we want to make this experience and enjoyable as possible. Our personal training room is private and only you and your trainer will be in the room together. Our studio is friendly and inviting and you will have the opportunity to meet others who are on a similar journey.
The program duration is based on invididual needs. Some clients progress from the personal training to the Weight Loss Boot camps, while some prefer to stay with their trainers because they enjoy it so much.
Our prices are very affordable and we want to help you feel good about yourself and eliminate the physical and emotional burdens that extra weight places on individuals.

What to Expect:
Your first appointment: The consultation is a one on one session with your personal trainer to learn about you, your goals, and prepare a program that will suit you. All our programs are individual to our client's needs. The consultation is complementary from Inner Fit Studios.
Following Appointments: You and your trainer will meet on your scheduled days and enjoy a 60 minute session of training that will leave you feeling great, no matter where you are starting. Remember, we all start somewhere and we will work with where you are and help you continue to progress.
Program Cost: Personal Training
- 1 Session = $50 per session
- 5 Sessions = $235 ($47 per session)
- 10 Sessions = $450 ($45 per session)
Buddy Training (2 People)
- 1 Session $35 per session
- 5 Sessions $162.50 ($32.50 per session, per person)
- 10 Sessions $300 ($30 per session, per person)
Fitness Assessment Consultation: Complimentary (Value $65)
All new clients require a fitness assessment prior to training. This assessment takes a look at your history, fitness goals, weight plan, goals and how Inner-Fit can help you. We will design a fitness plan that is individual to your needs and suits your income.
Personal Training Packages includes a before picture and your current weight, body fat percentage and measurements to be added to your profile. Each month clients have the option to add to their picture profile and re-do their measurements with their trainer.
