Weight Release (TM) Boot Camps – A full 16 week Weight Loss Program that focuses on burning fat, toning and reshaping your body. This is a very popular program with a high success rate. Each class has a different focus from core training to upper body and lower body conditioning. Whether you want to lose weight or just feel better, the weight loss boot camp program is perfect for anyone who wants to make a change in their life. The boot camp follows a specific program that is set out for 32 classes. It is important to attend all classes to see results.

Fall Boot Camps begin Monday September 13th and Tuesday September 14th
Weight loss boot camps are twice a week, either Mondays/WednesdaysorTuesday/Thursdays.
All boot camps are a Beginner/Intermediate (B/I) Level Program. Our instructors teach in levels so anyone can participate and feel like they are part of the group.
