Please Note: Boot Camps always sell out and we can only hold those who have pre-purchased their boot camps.

*We do not have a showering facility as we are a small personal training studio. We do have a change rooms and washroom facilities.

What makes Inner Fit Studios different from other Boot Camp programs?

We help individuals who are physically and emotionally challenged by the burden of extra weight through our weight loss boot camp programs. Our group programs are intimate, motivating and a perfect place to start for individuals who are new to fitness or those searching for a program that works for weight loss.

Is a boot camp hard?

The words "boot camp" has a negative association to it because some programs go outside and yell at their clients; to us the word boot camp means a group program that involves fitness, friendship and weight loss through exercise and nutrition. As the program progresses we increase the intensity to ensure you are getting results but we make sure everyone has options.

Does it matter how much weight a person has to lose?

Not at all, we welcome anyone who wants to feel better about them self and become healthier. Whether a person has 10 lbs to lose or over 100lbs, the extra weight affects people the same way. You feel uncomfortable and frustrated by the weight and it is something that occupies your mind regularly. We can help eliminate that burden and the proof is in our hundreds of success stories.

A note from the creator, Rachel Seay, of the Weight Loss Boot Camps, "Each round of boot camps we are seeing even better results. Our participants are losing 10, 20, up to 45 lbs in 16 weeks, it is incredible. Not only are they seeing changes in their body, they are doing exercises they never thought they could do.

This past August we took 31 people up to the grouse grind and everyone completed it in under 2 hours, just the fact that they challenged themselves to something they feared or thought they could never do was incredible to me. Q - One of the most common questions we get asked is "I am overweight and I haven't active in so long, is this the right program for me?" The answer is, YES it is the right program because we progress our clients in levels so that you are participating regardless of where you started.

Q - Another common question is, "I am not overweight but I am really out of shape, should I still join a weight losss boot camp?" YES, because fitness is not about the weight, it is about your physical fitness level. You would be amazed at what some people can accomplish who are over weight compared to those who are thinner who do not workout. It is not about the size but how fitness can make you feel by toning up your body, reshaping your body and being able to workout and sweat!

Q - "Should I join a beginner group?" If you are new to exercise, regardless of how much you have or don't have to lose then the beginner boot camp is the perfect start.  But again, we teach in levels so if the time does not work for you just let your instructor know that you feel you are newer to exercise.

Q - "Who should join the Advanced Boot Camp?" Ask yourself a couple questions, do you already workout or play sports? Is your focus to increase endurance and strength? Do you want to be pushed more? Are you willing to work hard? If you answered yes to these questions then the advanced boot camp is a great option for you. The advanced boot camp isn't about making it the hardest workout ever experienced in a gym, its about taking recreationally active people and showing them new boundaries to push.

Results

Our programs have remarkable results in our clients because of the training formula we use. We combine resistance training for tonining, spinning and cardio for fat loss, interval training for accelerated fat loss and variety to prevent boredom.
